If anybody misses the debauchery of the past few days and has not yet been over to her blog today, young Spinny has a splendid post up.
I for one, am determined to keep it clean(ish) for a bit as it's been so long since I indulged in any nudie prod games that even the thought of them may provoke an unfortunate injury.
Oh, and THIS turned up on the Engrish site today. Kinda reminds me of National Drunk Blogging Day … Eurgh … Never again.

Excellent.
One would think that the second would happen before the first, but hey, I'm not one to judge.
Hee hee.
I notice you got first comment in on Spinny's post. I'll reserve judgement on what meaning that might have.
Mine's somewhat further down and it's probably not a good idea for you to read it …
Dive.....gotta wake UP GUY! You snooze you looooooooooooooze! BLUSH...did I really read that...and worse, did you really WRITE that? LOL! ;)
Embarrassing but true, Ame.
Unfortunately, these days when I can't get to sleep, there's no help around …
Siiiiiiiiiiigh~~~~~~isn't THAT the truth! And hmmmmmmmmmmm...I "could" lapse into a big "battery-operated-male-toy" schpeel but I'll spare everyone! ;) Ever tried tea, meditation and a good movie?
And WHY AM I STILL a FREEKING little red "x"...can you see MOI on your page? Hmmmmmmmm.....
Oh and you really SHOULD learn to like long ones..comment sections that is...means you're very popular! Right girly-girls? ;)
It also means my donkey-powered village internet connection can't cope with them and disconnects me.
And you're right about your photo; your lovely new haircut has gone all minimalist.
OK, I'll shut up after this! Don't want to LOOOOOZE U Divey Boy! And waaaaaaaaaaaah, think there's some conspiracy against me now? In the blogosphere? Am I gonna end up as some posterchild in a porn shop for abusing rabbits?
Ame, try asking Lynn how to put the photo thing right. She suffered the same disappearing act a little while back.
But ya know what? She's STILL a little red x on all my pages...hmmmmm...I'll ask...BTW, I really admire your profession...something sexy about guys figuring out just how to put concrete, steel and drywall together that does it for me! That IS what you DO right? ;)
I read it, Dive. And you don't have to reserve judgment. I know full well what I said.
It really tickles me that you admire Architects, Ame.
Looking around me I can see acres of corduroy and sweaters with patched elbows. And the way the lights glint off all the bald pates and varifocal glasses is indeed sexy.
The girls upstairs call us "the grumpy old men" (even though there are seven equally grumpy women in here).
Architecture: The New Sex.
Guess it also has to do with the fact that you have to design with our safety in mind...right? I mean, you wouldn't put our poor lives at risk in a multi-story structure with inadequate weight-bearing load differentials (did that make sense)...woodja? See? Kind of like cops and their "protect & serve" attitude...yours could be, "Our Designs--Your Piece (and fetish!) Of Mind!" ;)
And Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh..NOOOOW I know Leda...Hmmmmmm....she should have used a "Trojan" maybe or, perhaps, a rabbit instead!! ;)
Probably just as well you've not been through my archives Ame, or I'd be in even more trouble.
You see I design girls' schools for a living (it's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it).
This fact provokes much hilarity and innuendo among my Benny Hill minded friends.
And glad we sorted the Leda thing out.
Love Benny Hill...and I have lots of free time on my hands...archive-cruising is a fave pasttime of mine! With my "PI-Minded" brain, ya never know what you'll find..and that's the thrill of the hunt! And do you work in the same Westminster as in the Westminster Abbey--like that's gonna help me if I'm not looking at a map? I flunked geometry! ;)
I walk past the Abbey every day, Ame. It's a couple of hundred yards down the road.
I may well do a photoblog of my route to work. It's very picturesque (in the summer).
You should! NEATO! OK...off to get kiddlies up and out the door...A Mom's work is NEVER done...Catch ya somewhere in cyberspace soon I'm sure! ;) Have a safe journey home...oh, you must have a laptop right? Means your connection to everything Smallglassplanet and beyond is virtually (no pun intended!) uninterrupted! ;)
I have my lovely widescreen Mac Powerbook for watching movies on the train, but one thing I will never have is a mobile phone, so I have no web access while I'm on the move.
It's kinda nice to have a rest.
Ugh i hate that feeling! Very expressive little illustration isn't it.
So Dive you spotted the Leda link, wondered who would. I've now put up more about Leda at my blog comments, Dive and Ame. Was waiting to see if someone would associate it with your puffin post and you did of course Dive. lol.
Oh and on the Spinny thing, well not any news there really but was entertaining reading. Dive, all i can say is, with some uncharacteristically out-there confidence - you wouldn't fall asleep. lol.
Ah, Yeats … What a filthy old bugger he was, Lynn …
And I shall not be thinking of your last comment as it's now my bedtime and I DO need some sleep …
There's a really splendind Leda picture in the Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery.
Here
Not the crappy fluffy ones - the sinister one bottom-right. It's dead big too in Real Life.
Thanks Spinsterella, they're all great. Behoves me to tackle one of my own..
Oooooooooo, Spinny & Lynn...amazing shots! Lynn, can't wait for you to "blog" your results! Hehe! ;)
Divey Boy...you come second!!! ;) Isn't that how it always goes?
Just had to come tuck ya in and say nighty-night! Sweet dreams!
;)
xo
I think it's a thing to be avoided, Kate.
