England is a very quiet place today. Everything's in greyscale.
The Dynamic Duo have just taken off for sunny Santa Clara and I sat in my regular bookshop this morning sipping my coffee in a kind of daze.
I suppose I had better start getting back to "normal". My brain is totally empty, like I'm having one of Robyn's "numbskull days". It might take a while to kickstart my head and drive the blogger's block away.
In the meantime:
Hey! Utsav's back from Bhutan and has a broadband connection again. He promises lots of wedding photos and even has a new profile photo where he's put down his guitar and is looking dangerously handsome, girls!
So mosey on over there and leave me slapping the side of my head to try to get my eyes to see in colour again.

LOL, well thank you Dive!
But I seem to be having a bit of a problem here. Blogger refuses to link any of my image thumbnails to their full size originals. Any similar problems you faced yesterday? And any tricks to overcome them?
I can totally understand your greyness Dive, you must be shattered after the albeit pleasant onslaught o f Ame and her Bear!
Wish i could have joined you in that coffee today, could have done with one myself. Went to the pub though and had a quick fruit juice. No really it was a fruit juice, i don't drink much. Now to catch up after 12 days of no domesticity. The ironing pile is the size of the house and my hoover is having withdrawal symptoms of Shake n Vac (no i don't dance. Just don't, Dive. Leave it alone.)Wish me luck as i whizz through the house plumping cushions scouring bathrooms piling high endless teens' t shirts. Apart from that last bit, i bet your afternoon has now turned quite similar to mine. Welcome to the weekend of Lynn and Dive.
No i managed to enlarge your profile pic Utsav - seems okay to me.
No I mean the inline pictures in the posts. They don't link anywhere. I'll be damned if I have to upload each one of them somewhere and link them individually!
I've come across that once before, Utsav. and the real pain in the arse is that i had to re-post the whole lot! And then a couple of them kept playing up so I had to repost those ones a third time.
Blogger can be such a pain!
Good luck!
And Lynn. My day is turning out much the same. although with Six nations Rugby on all afternoon, I'm kinda hurrying the housework.
Everything in greyscale ... a totally empty brain ... blogger's block. Exactly how I'm feeling. It's too early to start boozing yet too.

I've so enjoyed your travelogue of Ame & Bear's holiday in London. Although I have been to the museum, your splendid photos brought back some memories and brought to us some of those things that I missed along the way. AND your lovely photos of your journey home were great too. Bummer about the train.
Relax and don't worry about the Greyscale, it won't last and recovery is probably in order anyway.
Looking forward to tomorrow's post.
Surely you can find something to rant about to break the block? Mr. Ranty Pants hasn't reared his head for a while!

England lost to Eire!!! Actually got slammed. Hope you weren't rooting for the world champs to win in the Six Nations tourney.
Thanks again for the hospitality and your friendship while in Pommeyland. You're awesome!!!
Bear
Whew!
The Dynamic Duo got back safely to Santa Clara!
Hi, Ame!
Hi, Bear!
So glad you guys got home safe. And thanks again for a wonderful time.
I'll be writing when I get back to work (so I can steal their envelopes and franking machine).
And thanks for reminding me about the rugby, Bear. I was so pissed off after the first half, I switched off and drove round to a rugby-hating friend's house for dinner. Bummer.
Enjoy all that lovely warmth and sunshine!
