Writing about Katie all last week kinda used up all the words I had in my head so it's just rattly in there right now.
It has a good echo, though.
So thanks to Maria for once again rescuing me with a meme when I'm all crapped out with not a creative thought in my brain.
The usual rules apply:
- If you feel like doing this, do it;
- Don't tag anyone or I'll come round and punch you hard in the head.
- That's it.
FAVOURITE THINGS MEME
1)Favourite clothes shop
Anywhere that sells black stuff cheap.
2)Favourite furniture shop
I don't buy furniture. I wait for people to die and I steal theirs (true).
3)Favourite sweet
Is scotch a sweet? If not, then Green and Black's Maya Gold.
4)Favourite city
London. It stinks but I like it.
5)Favourite drink
Scotch, coffee or green tea. Depends on how crappy I'm feeling at the time.
6) Favourite music
Miles Davis' Kind of Blue album. It's the only thing ever recorded that I'd happily listen to over and over for the rest of my life … except Bach of course.
7)Favourite TV series
Fuck TV. It's all crap.
8)Favourite film
Right at this minute? Doctor Strangelove.
9) Favourite workout
Favourite what? Fuck off!
10)Favourite pastries
I hate pastries.
11) Favourite coffee
Cuban. Strong. Black.
That's your lot. Like I said; I'm empty.

Liar! You love Buffy. That's a TV series!
No, Joy; it's a way of life.
Hee hee.
Besides, that's decades old.
I'll amend my statement to "It's all crap these days."
It's still good, isn't it? Just like my Charmed and Friends series :D Can't have enough of them.
I just checked the TV schedules for this week.
There is absolutely nothing there worth switching on a television for.
Hate me if you will - but I'm looking forward to being entertained tomorrow by The X Factor (see me doing the X in front of my face hahahaha).
And I like Law and Order, and Jamie Oliver's programme. Even Thom watches Jamie cook! And he doesn't like TV all that much, too.
Of course I don't hate you for it, Joy; I merely stare, open-mouthed in horror at the damage you are doing to so fine a brain.
Trust me - watching mindless TV (The X Factor) helps my brain de-stress. You know what they say, "Laughter is the best medicine." And I wholeheartedly agree! Jamie, on the other hand, has helped me with so many recipes with which to tempt my husband's hard to please palate.
And I really like courtroom dramas, the formulation of arguments and the twists at the end. Remember? I was supposed to be a lawyer? But fell in love with literature.
Ha ha hee hee. You guys are funny. And what is this about tv sucking, Dive? Just kidding.
I'm sure I'll be missing mine after a weekend in the "out of doors" -EEK!! Nah, it'll be nice reading time.
Have a great weekend Dive and friends!
Have a wonderful time in the Great Outdoors, Shan!
The first time I saw this meme on someone's blog, I thought one of the favorites read: FAVORITE PASTIE.
And I thought to myself, "Well, how exactly can one chose just one???"
And they I went on to another blog and the subject was "A taste of honey." I thought it said, yes, wait for it...A taste of horny.
