Nothing Day

It's Sunday.
It's gloriously sunny (but cold enough to almost freeze my fingers to the car when I washed it this morning).

Current status:
Dusting and polishing and dancing round the house to Belly.
Completely and utterly blog-dried.
I have nothing to write about.
Can't you guess?
Hey ho.

You have several subjects to expand on in that post alone.
Therefore I refuse to apologise for hot summer weather photos appearing today to tease you.
But I did find you something to hmmmmm about.

Wow! You have left-wingers in Newcastle, Kate! Great news. There are bugger all left around here. I'm the token Marxist in my village.

No need to apologise for summer. I'm feeling pretty breezy here, with the sunshine and good music (I've moved from Belly to Throwing Muses now … you can tell I'm in a good mood when I hit the indie-girly-rock).

Why don't you try belly dancing to Belly? That should brighten things up for a few minutes at least. Mind you, I tend to dance my way through the housework. Maybe it's not for everyone ...

Dancing through it is the only way, Betty.
Though with my belly, belly-dancing is a huge, wobbly no-no!

Do you often dance as you dust? Because I think I may have just been doing this whole dusting thing wrong. I HATE dusting and maybe if I were frolicking around and dancing as I did it, well....it would at least go better.

Instead, I grit my teeth, curse Bing for not helping and just do it.

Hell yes, Maria!
Housework simply has to groove, otherwise it's just a chore.
