How lovely, and how random, or are there flowers like this all over the city, you know, the way Cleveland has giant guitars and Chicago has giant cows (or used to).
Fun and festive colors. However, it reminds me a little of the "flower" in the Little Shop of Horrors. Keep an eye on it; see if it grows, if people near it disappear....

How pretty! See, you went out and found big plops of dew on your flowers, too, with the sun turning them into different colors.
