I saw the Tower of London without enlarging it. If you really strain your eye you can see a Beefeater.

Your picture reminds me of paintings by Canaletto. An image with boats on the canals of Venice, brought up to date with 21st Century construction cranes and parking garages.
Canaletto did the Thames, too, Speedway. He also did a series of wonderfully informative paintings of the non-stop building and rebuilding of London (something that is still going on as you can see).
Um, the thing that looks like a parking garage is an office building. Unless your building has an underground car park you don't have a car in London; there's just no space for such unprofitable things as car parks. Besides: nobody needs a car in London; it's like Paris: a city for walking.

Another excellent photo. I love the "echo" effect of the sails and the cranes, too.

It's nice to be able to see blue sky between them, Mme. It's been a rarity this year.
