Old Red Eye is Back

As Petrea didn't believe me (see yesterday's comments box) I thought I'd better post some corroborative evidence.
Here you go … Old Red Eye is sitting right there on the first span of the bridge.

Complete with gas lamp spigot, rivets and tourists, HMS Belfast in the distance and the Tower down to the right.
I can't believe that the photo fooled you guys for so long. I'll have to do more of those "Where Am I?" posts.

I'm sorry to spoil your fun, Dive. I was just sitting here, inserting numbers into book copy to show where the pictures go and, well, Petrea seemed so frustrated. Me? I don't have much else to do except ruminate while she has an actual life.

But the bridge's color scheme is so nice! Did she get new paint for the Games? Or QE's anniversary?

I just wanted more pictures.

You could never spoil my fun, Speedway. And hey; YOU have an actual life AND a book coming out soon (I can't wait for the Amazonians to pop it through my letterbox).

Tower Bridge is always well painted; it's a real tourist trap so they like it to look pretty.

Petrea, you know I can never resist posting more photos of London.

You've been busy while I was away! I would not have guessed the "where am I?" Excellent photos of the bridge; it has some nice features. I can see how it would appeal to tourists (anything to help the economy...)

I hope you're thoroughly enjoying your Black Pudding Faggots and Stout Gravy. Sounds like a manly meal.

Where have you been, Ms.M? Somewhere nice, I hope.
I've not had the chance to make the black pudding recipe yet, but once the weather gets really cold it will put in an appearance.

*sigh* I just realized that I'm no longer a tourist when I'm in London and that is a very bad thing! I need to remember to see things with new eyes. Thank you for the reminder, sugarpie! xoxoxoxo

Savannah, I've worked there on and off for more years than I dare confess to, but every time I walk the same streets I still see something new. xoxoxoxo

We weren't really "away" -- just too much going on with work and other things.

I know the feeling, Ms.M. I've been posting filler for days now. Where does all the time go?
