Just what we need, weather not nice, especially on top of Norwich Cathedral, I know Peregrines are hardy birds, but it sounds and looks terrible up there, she keeps coming and looking and just as you think she will lay eggs she goes again! a waiting game.

Nice spicy chicken and rice dish… then meringue and fresh fruit… that should not be too fattening!!!!apart from the meringue…
And the chicken and the rice and the prawns and the mayo … So you're having a retro seventies food party? Will you be dressing in brown and drinking Liebfraumilch? Hee hee.
