Nice beaver …
But why?
I mean, is there really any reason for this thing to exist (let alone to cost a hundred and forty quid)?
Who buys this stuff?
Point them out. I want to go and stare at them.
And for goodness sake, try to employ staff with good handwriting. That's appalling.

Okay, way overpriced, but the statue is CUTE!
Ah, Americans … Madder than a chocolate sunhat.
Beaver in a country/western music outfit.
How much less tacky can you get?
And look, he's got little gold inlays for teeth, which gives him a touch of an urban look, too!
The parade of good taste never stops.
Ah, but does he have spring loaded legs, so you can load him up with chocolate Jelly Bellys, then squash him down onto his legs to, er, poop out the candy?
Now that's good taste. I have a pink pig that makes me guffaw every time I play with it. The beaver may be fancy, but he can't poop.
Now THAT I can see the sense in buying, Speedway.
y'know, there are a lot of very serious collectors of china beavers out there. Don't piss them off.
That is the ugliest beaver I have ever seen..........although I must admit we don't see that many beavers in these parts.
Hummel,
Lladro,
etc.
People get to thinking that they need to collect these things.
Perhaps it is an antique beaver from Japan?

That said, I don't think I'd want one sitting on my shelf.
Kate, the fact that there are such people available to piss off gives me a mission in life.
Jules, there are so many things I want to say that are utterly inappropriate that I'll keep my mouth shut.
Petrea, it's when people get to thinking that they need to collect these things that society breaks down.
Ms.M. an antique Japanese beaver is not something I want in my life either; far less a fake one.
He, he, he......I thought you might!!!
