Is that an un-balcony? From the picture, it looks as though the glass panels are broken up with differences in depth/dimension, allowing humans to bring in humanizing touches such as shrubbery, and the occasional security camera.
I'm not really sure what it is, Speedway. I caught sight of it across the Thames the other day and thought the grid of windows might make a nice photo. It was only when I downloaded it that I noticed the lonely shrubbery, way up high on the wall.
