Did you know there's a UK band that calls themselves Lesser Forkbeard? But it looks like they haven't posted any music to MySpace since 2010. Maybe they became the lesser of Lesser Forkbeard....
Hee hee, Ms.M. I was not aware of the band. Perhaps they've fallen victim to the European Union's fishing quotas.
Speedway, I can only assume so. This is one of a few dozen (36 at least) tables outside the café on Southwold Pier. Next time I venture out there I'll try to do it on a day when the tables aren't crowded so I can take some more fishy pics.
Petrea, be sure and make a note of the number. It reminds me of the old Monty Python "Number nine: the Larch … the Larch."

"Lesser Forkbeard." I get trees with curly black seedpods and you get fish with funny names. Does that refer to the little barbels on his chin?
I need to just jot this down...
