I got the same feeling on Christmas Eve, when Kate posted on Christmas Day in Australia. This longitude business means I have to keep a whole bunch of clocks up on my desktop to keep track of my blogpals' diurnal activities.
Hee hee. Thanks, Joy. I'm having a marvellous Christmas. But don't tell "Dive"! I would never hear the last of it.
I love that description, Rich. I actually look like my grandfather when I make that face, which is even scarier.
Thank you, Lynn. My girlfriend's away with her family this Christmas (things are still somewhat complicated), which is why I made the grumpy face. I'm having a lovely Christmas, though. Hee hee. XOX
I have a filthy little mind. I missed your pout at first because I was noticing the white shell like things encased in plaster on your top most shelf. I kept thinking they looked like very unusual nipples.
And I'm not the one drinking Jim Beam. All I had today was coffee sans any sort of additive.
Merry Christmas...and the best part? I am DONE with family obligations until...let's see...oh.
Until Thursday when I promised my sister a dinner together. So..a few days off.
I told several people today about your "fucking lemon" card that made me laugh so hard when I read it last night. Laughter travels around the world at an amazing rate.......
Not nipples, Maria, but ammonites in limestone. I do love a dirty mind, though. I'm not one for drinking Jim Beam either, but it was on special when I went to buy scotch and I'm a cheapskate.
Welcome, Suesun. Yes, those are ammonites. They're almost as old as me. I am glad to be able to spread a little laughter with my grumpy cynicism. You confess a curiosity for bookshelves on your blog. If you check my archives for November 15, 2007, you'll see a few of mine. Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

My hat says "Hi".
That is the best Old K lookylikey I've seen this side of the border! Cheer up, it'll soon be over and everything will be back to normal. xx
I didn't believe the talk of him being your father until now.
Hee hee hee, Pea!
Merry Christmas to you and Rog and Vic and Joan and Helly.
Apply love and kisses liberally.

Merry Christmas to you too dive, you look like a drunk little stinker of a kid there.
Oh noooo this looks sad. You put a time lapse on your camera okay but... where's the girlfriend? News please. Cheer up Dive. xx

Oh, and thank you Suesun for the Nightswimming video. That song means more to me than is strictly decent.
Sigh …
Merry Christmas you old bugger. I hope you didn't indulge in any carol-playing at any point!
