I forgot to prepare something for today's post so I just finished breakfast (and cleaned the marmalade, toast crumbs and coffee out of my moustache) and decided to take a close-up of my hairy appendage as it's almost the end of Movember.
Holy crap! have you seen those things enlarged to the size of a 27" monitor? No WAY am I subjecting your sensitive eyes to such horrors. The sooner that monster gets shaved off my face the better.
Brr … I shudder in icky horror.

By the way do not put too much brandy in the cake it will taste sour, although with the amount already in it will get everyone drunk before they notice!
Good point. I'll drink it myself instead.
Take a pic of the 'tasche, just not a close up for charity and we'll all donate, sugar! ;) xoxoxox
I agree with your Mum. Save most of brandy for drinking. Oh, and before you shave, try "Just for Men" hair color. When my hubby tried the soul patch/stash thing, along with highlights and spiked hair back in our mid-forties mind you, my male stylist friend suggested it. Heehee. I am enjoying my mental picture

Imagine how it would have looked on a 27" monitor if you'd followed Vanda's advice and grown it long and curled it.
Savannah, are you sure you meant "for charity" and not "for posterity"? I'm not sure I want to see it up close but I agree a record should be kept.
Savannah, I can only take close-ups; my arms aren't long enough to take distance shots. xoxoxox
Highlights and spiked hair! I knew there was something missing. Maybe next Movember I'll try … er … hang on a minute … I no longer have enough hair to highlight or spike. Doh!
Ms.M. Some of the "boys" were bemoaning the fact that Movember is not long enough to grow a fully twirlable moustache. I'm afraid that by this time tomorrow I shall be clean-faced again and so shall not have the chance.
Whew!
Petrea, regrettably a record is being kept. Somewhere on the interweb (I am not saying where) the entire team has had each of our moustaches photographed and posted daily (we call it the four o'clock shudder: that moment when we see the boss reach for his camera and start heading across the office towards us).
At some point today the architectural press are sending a photographer to do a team shot. I'm hoping for a problem to come up on site so I'll be out of the office.
Oh YOU HAVE GOT TO LINK US TO THAT
They came this afternoon and took stupid comedy group photos of us in the car park.
I promise that if any of the pics make it to the office I shall post them.
In the meantime I'm heading up to bed with a fuzzy face for the last time until next Movember. Tomorrow is shaving day. Yay!
