Sheesh … Five hours, forty-eight minutes door to door to get in to the office this morning. Stupid bloody trains. I would say more but I think I ruptured my swear-gland on the way in.
You had better start up a Norwich branch office, Dive. Let the buggers travel East for five hours, forty-eight minutes door to door and they'll see how they like it. One could also value-add by letting them know of the major tourist attraction the hides under the skirts of Norfolk. Hope this has been of some small assistance, my son !
They say that Japanese commuters sleep standing up on their trains. They automatically awaken as they approach their stop. You at least can sit down, mate ! Quel luxe !
You probably never even used to swear before this whole commuting business started! That would bring out the "$&*%ing @#$%%s!!!!" in anyone I think. The "Hey ho" gets me every time still though. Smile. And it was the multiple "hee's" that first made me click on your blog. Deep, I know. I say bah-ha. Bah-ha! Happier weekend!!!
Hee hee, Shan; you'd be astonished (and probably alarmed) at some of the noises I type.
As for the sweary bits, I am a contributing editor to Roget's Profanisaurus; the commute simply gives me the freedom to vent my splenetic rage on a daily basis. One has to keep in practise if one is to remain at the top of the sweary game.
So what's the solution Dive? Spend more taxes on the train system? Introduce a TGV between Norwich and London? Put more seats on the train or perhaps sleeping compartments? I'm with Lynn, I don't know how you do it. I'm sending you a hug for the back pain.
I'm sending you a virtual swear box in aid of Motor Neurone disease. I know you support it so am cheekily cashing in. lol. You already raise a lot i know for it. My grandmother died of it so i have a similar personal interest. That way, Dive, you can raise loads!! he he. I bet you'll be swearing all the way home.
Hee hee. Excellent, Jules! My "S" Spot is - unfortunately - situated just behind that little area of my forehead that pulses and hurts when people infuriate me. It is exceedingly healthy.

Don't know how you do it. I really don't. What did you read on the way (on the bright side)?
Monsieur B: I want to keep the buggers out of Norfolk.
Lynn: I was being pretentious and reading Mishima in Japanese, but after a few hours I just switched on the iPod and went to sleep.

Not on the way home, I'm afraid.

I was really, really crabby this morning because my morning trip to drive Liv to school and get to a client's house took over an hour.
I am a pansy, aren't I?
By the way Dive you asked for photos of ladies for a change at my blog - click on Sixties Photographer in my sidebar. lots there! Fantastic photos.
Sorry, guys; I'm home; I feel like crap; I'm going straight to bed.
Nighty-night.
I typing this very quietly so I don't wake you. I hope you are having sweet dreams without any trains, or scary over-sexed Norfolk people in them!!!!
By the way - I was just wondering where your swear gland is located, I know dogs have that gland under their tails - is it like that????
I guess some of us have more well developed glands than others. I guess like anything if you don't use it - it shrinks.
Mine is very healthy!!!
PS Maybe it would be fun to find it - a bit like the G-spot!!
Hee hee.

Yeah - that's where mine is.

Hee hee hee!
