IS WTF? a question or just a rhetorical exclamation? Maybe it's some kind of odd vent? Or thermometer, whose readings from the outside can be read on a display inside? The other is just one of those weird mannequin heads used by beauty school students. Creeps me out every time I see one, even here.
Oh, yeah! One half of one of those cheap pointed-cup thing-ys that were foisted on us years ago. Circular stitching around the cups made women's breasts take on shapes not meant by nature. Damn, they were ugly!
The vent's just a window vent. The upsetting thing is that this is the only girl who ever checks me out these days. She lives above a hairdresser's near City Hall and I'd pop in and ask her out for coffee except she'd probably turn me down flat. Sigh …

LMFAO! Awesome!
What a very strange scene! There must be a story there someplace.

Come to think of it, the window device reminds me of the things I stick in my bras so I can keep my sagging boobs up.

Ah, well, why not?
