Brr, Robyn. Scarecrows are fine out in the fields,but when you meet them off duty they can be pretty creepy. Kazuo Ishiguro (author of Never Let Me Go) lives and writes in Norfolk. Weird, huh?

It kinda spooked me, staring down the farmyard like that. I'm not sure I'd want to venture any closer.
Crows like shiny things. My guess is there are lots of shiny things hidden in that building behind him! He is certainly not guarding any crops!
