I cannot recommend it too highly, especially to those of us like Rich and myself who are Edward Hopper fanatics.

yep, glorious. I particularly like the last one, although I've never seen an American city with those structures.
It was Noo Yawk in 1929, according to the little plaque beside the picture.
He was trying to emphasise the rise in the number of women going out to work in offices and factories.
It's such a stunning composition though, and the light is quite wonderful.

Shan; my brother is indeed my buddy and I realised you meant Neil. Hee hee. The confusion only gets worse with age, so when you are as old as me you just learn to embrace and enjoy that feeling of not knowing what on earth is going on.
