London Fashion Weak

It's been a moist summer in Olde London Town.

I snapped this bevy of sartorially challenged lovelies on the Mall last week.

Pink, shiny and see-through is NOT the new black … unless you're a condom.

And in Norwich on Saturday, things were even worse.
Thanks to Phil for having the presence of mind to capture this gnome on its way to City Hall for a gay Smurf rally.

Repeat after me:
Pink is not the new black.
Got that?

C'mon Dive, Nothing wrong with cranking up the color palate. It may do London some good to get a little color.

But PINK?
Sure, it's pretty on a clitty but pink trousers are just not right.

Pink is not the new black. Pink is not the new black. Pink is not the new black. Pink is not the new black.

I'm a terrible typist. I had to correct that several times.

Hello, stranger.
Are you back in the world or just visiting?
We've missed you so damned much.

I was 33 before I would let pink on any of my clothing. But though I've embraced it, I'd never wear pink trousers... unless they were jangly mariachi trousers.

Pink shoes... that's entirely different. I reckon pink makes a better accent color.

Now you've done it.
I've gotta hunt down some pink leather mariachi trousers with the jangly metal bits down the sides.

YIKES!

Sure, it's pretty on a clitty?? Wow, rhyming with body parts , a new melee?

Hee hee, Kate; you are the exception who proves the rule.
You make pink look GOOD!

Hey, Prudence. I cringed when I wrote that, but it made me giggle so what the hell.
A rhyming body parts melee? Yikes!

The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think. Oh by the way,

You're the kind of girl that fits in with my world …
Er … hang on … that's not right.

You want to get your head all fucked up? Come to a Nebraska Cornhuskers football game at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Ne. We all wear red to contribute to what sportcasters call "that sea of red" in our stadium. We also wear corncob hats. Well, I don't. Okay. Once. I wore one once. Maybe twice. Three times tops.

But never with my pink mariachi pants. I do have some pride....

LOL Love the pink rain-condoms!

Why is one of those gals wearing boots? Is it that cold over there already?
