Global warming sucks big fat hairy arse.
I like rain; it keeps the fucking tourists away.
I'm getting kinda nostalgic for last summer.
This is a river trip we took from Westminster down to Greenwich last July.
This is what a British Summer is supposed to look like.
Four miserable people sitting in the rain with beer.
If ever there were an appropriate time to use the word "party" as a verb (which there is NOT), this would not be it.
It was quite breezy, too. This is Kaf enjoying a Traditional British Summer.
I could never live in California.I need to be moist.
Bring on the rain.
Yeah, I know it's a crappy filler post but I'm kinda busy today, juggling twenty-six huge and bellowing headmistresses, several building contractors, interviews for Cad-monkeys and hassle from all quarters.
Work can be fun but it fucks up my blogging.

NO there is never an appropriate time to use "party" as a verb, especially not on this occasion. Nice hair.
"I'll wear my hair 'up' today, dear."
what else is there to do when it rains but drink and... well I'll let you fill that in.
RICH!
I'm sure I don't know what you mean, dear boy.
You NEED TO BE MOIST! I like to be moist and on occassion need to be too!
I am SO glad you're back, Prudence!
Thanks Dive it is good to be home. I am trying to catch up on everyones Blogs and all the stuff here at work. Yikes!
"Four miserable people in the rain with beer"
Great description of the English and not inaccurate.
Either that or we huddle, freezing and wet through on a rainy beach looking out to sea in raincoats eating fish and chips. We point out passing ships to the person sitting next to us who can see the ship pretty well for himself.
Great photo. Classic British!
I'm wishing I was on that boat right now (with beer).
Olive, I love the fact that you have coincidentally posted a London river shot today. Cool!
And Lynn: actually we were pretty far from miserable. A lot of fun can be had with beer and a boat in the rain.
Miserable was your word, Dive, not mine! By the way, the wildly haired woman - is this....SHE?
Good Heavens, no.
That was last summer and that's Kaf! She's one of our Kiwi Architects (at least she was until she moved back home two weeks ago). No-one argues with Kaf; her brother plays rugby for Bradford Bulls and she can beat the crap out of him.
She's great and we all miss her.
That's a good post :) I love british summer as well... and those pale skin girls.... gosh. You are a lucky man.
I like to party. In particular, I enjoy Pity Partying. I'll leave the whole "moist" thing alone.
Two more new posts on Under A Train, Dive!
I was going to comment earlier, but I've been busy partying.
Party, party, party, paaarty!
well after saying the world needed Camille, you haven't been to see her. Or have you? lol.
Hey!
DB!
Your Mum does NOT make DODGY CAKES!
;)
XO
Dammit!
I had no internet connection at all yesterday and I only have a glitchy one now.
If you don't hear from me until Monday when I'm back at work with a proper connection I will be sitting here smashing my modem with a hammer.
Arse!
Thought you'd been a bit quiet, Dive and it's not like you to ignore Under A Train when there's more psycho stuff available! Hope you get it sorted - if you can read this ! - i know how frustrating it is!
When you get the modem back from under the steam roller, you had better not look for 26 headmistresses in Holland, monsieur. We may never see you again.
I believe that a Female Principal, there is correctly termed a 'Headmaster'. The former, (or 26 of them), could do significant damage to the British nation's unemployed.
I hope this has thrown light on something, kept usually in the dark, (but naturally, not in Australia).
Feeling very moist and beery today. Perhaps I am in England?
Oh, no. It is just me on a typical Nebraska spring afternoon. It rained like a typhoon this morning and now the sun is out and everything feels all spongy and moist and sort of dank.
You can see why I live here......
Utsav HAS gone awol. Hope he's okay.
The south of England has always had nicer weather, no need to blame the current bogeyman Global warming, you're all for a meteor destroying the earth so you should embrace it and waste some energy. After a few beers who cares?
Lynn's right. We should all get over to Bhutan and make a din.
Monsieur Dive, when can we see the 26 headmistresses in a photo? I'm sure the girls could do a quick "free-measure-and-quote". Dear Prudence has her head screwed-on pretty well. She could be the adjudicator. A bit like the French elections really. (Not to be confused with erections, that's for later-on.)
He has been 'consumed' by 26 of them, one by one.
