Who's That Girl?

In an attempt to silence the incessant clamour and ballyhoo of the chattering classes of Blogville with regards to my girlfriend, I have decided to relent and post some photos of her.

Well okay, perhaps the clamour and the ballyhoo has not been incessant, but at least some of you have asked, and my good neighbour Robyn emailed me, curious as to whether my girl lives in Blogville and what her name is.

Anyhoo … Here are a few photos to help clear matters up.

Hokay, so maybe that's not the best-composed photo I've ever taken.

This is her right hand.
Like this foal, creatures great and small flock to her (much to mum's annoyance … Having tried unsuccessfully for years to stop Fern running away from her, she was somewhat miffed to hear that the very first time my girlfriend visited the Divery and opened the car door, Fern came running up to nuzzle her … hee hee).

These are her feet. Mmmmmmm …

And here they are again, climbing Ranworth Church tower.

And all of her at Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Here she is admiring the houses in Blythburgh.

And wandering through the village of Happisburgh.

Taking photos in Happisburgh churchyard.

Sitting on a bench in my back garden … er …

At Blickling Hall.

And here are the two of us relaxing on the pier after a hard day's promenading around Southwold.

So now you know.

Wow!!!!!!!!! She is one glamourpuss Dive. Tall and slim (a bit of envy happening here). Beautiful auburn LONG hair (more envy); tidy hands and feet and animals love her. For a moment I thought that Fern was the foal - and then I remembered.

And your intentions are pretty clear in that last photo. Boy oh boy, you are smitten dear friend :)))

I did love the tour of beautiful country England and I even liked the quad bike. Now that my gopher has decided to kick the bucket, I could use one of those around here - something with a cat basket would be good.

I'm so happy for you - really and truly.

Heehee. Thank you, Mme.
I am indeed smitten.

And I think it's about time MB bought you a cute little quad bike with a cat basket on the front. Ideal for tootling around your garden.

The bench, the admiring of houses and her hand are all blank squares to me Dive :( don't know why.

I enjoyed the others. She looks gorgeous as, of course, I knew she would ;)

Looks like you're having a great time together and that you're showing her the good spots of the East. Wonderful.

Ah, no, no the pics were simply late turning up. See them now! As we were, as we were. Love them all. I can understand Alifan's chagrin but how marvellous that your girl managed to charm the animals too. You must feel quite Disneyesque, Dive, in your happiness. I am genuinely so pleased for you both. Love the last shot! What a hoot.

Mum: Now that Ffion has moved in with Charlie and Fern you might stand more of a chance.

Ah, the last photo … without our wigs and without me sucking in my gut we do look somewhat different.

Lynn: Sorry; some of the pics were slightly larger than usual so they must take longer to load.

She not only looks gorgeous; she IS gorgeous. I mean, check out how pert'n'perky she looks in that last shot. Hee hee.

You are such a tease: no wonder she loves you!

After seeing how all that sightseeing can age one I think I might postphone my plans to visit Jolly Old England. Oh, let's be honest: without my wig I look about the same and I think I dated a man who looked similar. A memory best forgotten . . .

dive said...

Savannah: she sure is.
xoxox

Cali: Hee hee!
Teasing is fun.

You stink! We want closeups!

Shan said...

Not only is she just exactly your type but it's comforting to know she comes in at a "safe height" as well. ;) This new blissful young Dive is so nice to experience. I hope there are many more photo opportunities ahead so that we can share many of the sights you two take in together!

Of course the ever demanding blog crowd wants more info. How 'bout answering the million dollar question: How and when did you guys meet? Is she the very same lass that brought a valentine to your doorstep? Ok, for 500 thou. each then. We'll not be entirely satisfied until we hear just a smidge of a backstory. Come on, PLLLEASE DIVE? :D

Hee hee hee hee heeeeeee.
This is so much fun!

Robyn: Yes I am particularly fragrant today. And yes, I have close-ups.
Anyhoo; isn't the last photo close enough?

Shan: She is indeed exactly my type and just the right height, too!
As for those two 500K questions:
1. We first met a while back; and,
2. Mebbe.

I suppose if I've figured it out, I should probably just keep my trap shut, yes?

I wouldn't want to ruin the fun. ;)

dive said...

T: That's the plan, yup.
Hee hee.

Terroni said...

Many congratulations to you both!
:)

dive said...

Thank you, T; we're very happy.

I stink so bad she can smell me in Ohio!
Yikes!

So glad you are keeping the mystery alive. We all want to meet this gorgeous woman! (She has impeccable taste in men BTW).

Alifan said...

You tease you.......good job I can keep my mouth shut!!!!!

dive said...

Neetzy: All will be revealed before too much longer.

Mum: Teasing is fun. Don't worry; we'll take your gag off sometime over the weekend.

What a lovely long drink of water she is.

And, you know...you sound like a true sap head. I LIKE this side of you. Love makes giddy fools of us all, yes?

Dive, this is GRAND!

Much happiness to you both!

LMAO! Love the last pic.

And the mysterious woman with nice feet and great legs...

You're a lucky man, Dive!

And obviously, she is one lucky woman!

Katherine, what does LMAO mean?

Katherine said...

Lumpine, LMAO means "laughing my ass off!"

Cheltenhamdailyphoto said...

lol Katherine glad you had to explain that one.

Just popping back to see if any beans have been spilled. Nope they're still firmly in the bag I see and photos are still in silhouette and heads are chopped off. :D What fun! I'm rather enjoying it.

is it that french woman who got the world's first face transplant a year or two ago? who disobeyed doctor's orders and wouldn't stop smoking after the surgery even though it messed up the healing process? she was mauled by a dog, maybe? i forget why her entire face had to be transplanted......inquiring minds.....
