Summer's Here

Sing along, everyone:
"Summer's here and the time is right for wading in the streets" …

This morning's gentle rain (this is St.James's Park on the way into the office today, with the swans being antisocial) has got a bit grouchy and mutated into another one of the lovely thunderstorms we have been having for weeks on end.

This is Rochester Row, just outside my office, about five minutes ago.

I did say to Robyn before she set off from sunny Ohio, "Bring a brolly".
Some swimwear might be handy, too.
And wading boots (sexy).

Ame had the good sense to come to London in February, when the weather was fine and there were no queues for anything.
Robyn will spend most of next week queueing for stuff in the rain.
But hey! That's what British Summer is all about.

Awwwwwwwwwwww and it would have been JUST fine to queue up with my deer, sweet DB...and wait for HOURS!

AND I wouldn't have cared WHAT in tarnation (where did THAT word come from do tell?) we were queue-ing (is that a word DB?) up FOR...

Why do you live there and I live HERE??!!!

Sigh~~~~~~~I need some chocolate and some red wine and a beer and a soft feather bed and some snuggle time...

Just ignore this post...I'm going back to bed and starting over!

BUT HEY! I DID get some new bras and undies this afternoon!

So WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
