Shan, to "capture" part or all of the screen, if you are using a Mac, you can use the keys Command, Shift, and 4 all at the same time. You will see the cursor change to a little circle with cross-hairs. You can drag it from upper left to lower right to highlight what you want. It will appear on your desktop as a "png" file.

I don't use any of the control functions! I've only gotten to know computers in the last few years as I always worked on mouths and not keyboards!

A few minutes getting used to those will save you a tremendous amount of time, plus you'll be able to type in all the French accents, Spanish tildes, Japanese characters, etc. without thinking about it. And yes, I know how close Tuesday is getting by the size of my ironing pile and the amount of housework I have still left to do today as I'll be in London Monday and Tuesday before I leave. Yikes!

I have noticed a trend toward actual readable verifications lately. I find them helpful as well as entertaining.
(I am reminded of my own remedial computer skills by this as I would have NO IDEA how to capture these pages as images.) :)
