Regime Change

I really shouldn't listen to the news while driving.
This morning, on my way in to the station the announcer provoked a coughing fit so severe that I almost put the car in a ditch.
Apparently, George W(MD) Bush has stated that "history will judge Tony Blair kindly".

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha …

So at last - and years overdue - the day of regime change is upon us and, not so much kicking and screaming but whingeing and lying the most reviled figure in British political history (and that's quite a feat in itself) is finally squeezed out of office like pus from an infected wound.

We had hoped he would fuck off to the US to wallow in the lucre'd mire of their lecture circuit but his sudden "coming out" as a Roman Catholic (the appalling "cash for honours" scandal being his attempted homage to the Medici Pope Leo X's selling of indulgences) appears to have alienated the WASP vote so the Yanks in desperation have packed the simpering cretin off to be their mouthpiece in Jerusalem and to add yet more despair to the plight of the Palestinian people.
An horrific DNA mutation between a chimp and a lame duck, Dubya may be a deranged incompetent and but he apparently still has a sense of humour. Bliar's appointment as an apologist for US/Israeli foreign policy could well be an even worse joke than WMD.

You may form the impression that I am not overly fond of the snivelling little shit, but believe me, I have made a superhuman effort to be balanced and fair in this assessment of him. My "Profanisaurus" simply does not contain words of sufficient splenetic rage to voice my true opinion.

Bliar; don't come back. You are not welcome here.

So you're a WASA? If you were bi, you could be WASABI. Hee hee.

Yeah, His Blairess shouldn't have gotten into bed with W. They've made a bastard.

Hee hee. Excellent, Sassy!

And the sun's shining here and the air is somehow fresher now Bliar is on his way.
George's turn next.

Give us a couple of years to clean house here--we don't have the same odd system you have there where a guy can just step down and walk away when he wants to. It's a pity, although our current vice-president might be more frightening than what we've got.

So what you are saying is that you aren't in the "Friends of Tony Blair Coterie"? Got it.

Hilarious, Sasssy!

I'm glad I managed to get my meaning across, FH; I was worried I was being too subtle (hee hee).

And Robyn, you are so right. Bush may be dangerously incompetent at everything except warmongering but his V-P is the spawn of Beelzebub!

Is this Profanisaurus something you have written yourself, or can just anyone buy one?

It was compiled by a certain Mister Knudsen in response to Mister Roget's rather tamer tome.

I have - of course - a personally signed first edition.

WASABI--that was funny!

I'm still waiting for the regime change here. Apparently, we only impeach presidents for blow-jobs. War crimes and wire taps...we don't let that kind of stuff bother us.

I only pity people who can't help it, Rich. Bliar deserves to be despised and history will tear him to shreds so we can all point and laugh.
Hell's too good for him.

Terroni: Yup, the hypocrisy is quite awe-inspiring.
I did have one laugh today though; the old CIA files have been declassified on all their illegal activities up to the early seventies. I've been downloading pdfs and chuckling all day.

Not too keen on him then?

Hi, Lynn.
You could be on to something there.

Hey, I'm glad you've not been flooded out. I saw some horrendous scenes from your part of the country on the news. Yikes!

No, but your name came up with alarming regularity, Old K.!
