I'm a huge fan of Rhik Samadder's Kitchen Gadget Reviews in the Guardian. This is one of my all time favourites. Please read the original if the link above works (not the one in the article below); it'll leave you tainted for life.

If by some chance you could get a chicken to lay an egg without a shell, instead of those convenient, one person/one serving packets we've grown used to, then walk the chicken at 2P.M. through any one of the Southwestern American States, then give it a squeeze - this is what you might get. ... Oh good god. I suggest the chickens all get together, figure out how much it cost the inventor to bring this idiocy to plastic life, then buy him out.

I confess I bought a Mr. Tea after I read the review and it gives me great pleasure in the office with him peeing out green tea in front of my colleagues.
You can buy "liquid chickens" (apologies to Robin Williams) by the pint/quart/gallon at your local store. Just pour the desired amount through the heated pink tube for your morning extrusion with bacon and toast.
Oh, Dive, I've got a little chicken trebuchet! I need to take pictures of it and send them along.

Wow, Petrea! That's TWO of us from Blogville who had a Rhik Samadder Kitchen Gadget! I did enjoy the photo of his egg sandwich using the square eggs. It ALMOST made sense but fortunately fell short of sanity.
That was a most (moist?) enjoyable read, thank you! I see that he's also done Mister Tea, I've got one of those and love him.
Yay! We both have a Mister Tea, Pea. I use mine at work for afternoon green teas and it still grosses people out. result!
