I heard this song the other day and wondered why it was called "Louie Louie," when the singer was obviously singing "Lou-eye Lou-eye."

It's a classic. Even Frank Zappa played it (for a few seconds) at the Royal Albert Hall (the sixties were weird like that).
Oh my! All that beautifully sewn, painted, and embroidered silk, yet fashion faux pas (pauses?) abound - the dreaded white socks!!
