Could be, Dive, could be. Just think the wonders it would do for pianists' arpeggios - 11 digits instead of 10. Play havoc with all the piano music ever written, though, I guess.
I've never heard of Dr. Tibbles Vi-Cocoa. I'm guessing that the "special ingredients" in this drink could "help" pianists play faster? Or play like Glenn Gould?

I already play piano like I've got eleven digits (and all of them are left thumbs).
