I, too, prefer the Smallville bank building. I really like the font style of the "FOX'S 45" AND the fact that they have an apostrophe.

Awesome Smallville Bank signage! Plus I like all the brick and assorted architectural flourishes. I bet there are nice views of London from the big boastful bank though.

The views from the top of Tower 42 are indeed pretty awesome. There are some things that I'll miss about Metropolis but not as many as I feared.

This is what I call "superfluous detail." It's art, beauty. It has no structural function, but exists only to please the eye. It is the most necessary thing in architecture.

There's something quiet and cozy about this Smallville bank. Not that I would normally consider a bank "cozy".
There's definitely something quiet and cozy about it now, Neetzy as it is no longer a bank. I shall reveal what it is (and it is weird) later.
Me too. While I can admire the building in the first photo, it smacks of banks making far too much money out of we poor clients. The second photo spells solidity, taste, conservatism and some lovely curves.
Mme: You can't beat lovely curves when it comes to enticing a man to part with money.
