It's one of the stable blocks at that estate I was visiting last week. It's a long-term project; twenty years and counting and they're not quite half-way through the restoration.
This building was still in use in the 1970s to stable polo ponies. A few years down the line the owner will get around to restoring it.

It looks properly old, if not properly cared for. Might be worth fixing up.
