Hee hee, Speedway. They're funny folk, down in Kent, but not nearly as odd as in Cornwall or here in Norfolk for mad place names. One I drive past often is Six Mile Bottom, near Cambridge. We have three (count 'em) places locally called "Nowhere", plus Sloley, Great and Little Snoring, Cat's Bottom, Slut's Hole Lane, the rather delightful Fustyweed, Cock Street, Cock Drove and plenty of Cock Inns, not counting our old favourite, Gropecunte Lane.
I'd advise opening an Ordnance Survey map of Cornwall and zooming in to the small villages. If you enjoy a good involuntary snort of laughter that's a sure way to find it.

Now I'm hungry, sweetpea! xoxo
Me too, Savannah. I think I'll go for some Goats Butter. xoxo
Too much! I need to visit just to jot down place names.
