Ah, the unintentional comedy of declassified documents. Who the hell thinks it's a good idea to launch a missile armed with Cobalt 57 over a neighbouring country ? Or to re-wire cats as spies or to train attack-sharks … okay, so Doctor Evil did that one, but still … The gloriously pathetic race between USA and the Soviets to use telepathic spies (and to stare goats to death) kinda makes reality bearable. People madder than Trump waste billions of dollars of taxpayer's money on schemes a five-year-old would laugh out of court and then the government hides it for decades and drip-releases redacted photostats that genuinely cause me to fall off my chair, laughing and choking.
Keep it up, guys. I love a world where that happens.
I've just tried to read the proposal for a moon outpost. Good grief. You ought to give it to your neighbor, Mike, who perhaps could turn it into an illustrated novel (comic book). It makes about as much sense that way - a teen-age boy's space fantasy - as it does as a grown man's proposal for an actual structure on the moon. Anyway, we do have the ISS, as well as numerous satellites that perform sophisticated surveillance missions. But the picture of the ice-skating astronaut seems ripe for some kind of pithy saying - "As full of s*i* as a constipated spaceman on ice skates."

Oh, gawd.
Yeah, Petrea, "Oh, gawd." It just goes to peove that the Feds aren't any more or less qualified than you or I, just less ethical.
