Anyhoo … Once they'd doh'd the deer dead, they wandered off with the rest of us to watch the start of the vintage motorcycle racing.

It's good they weren't performing in the manor house where the outfits would blend into the wallpaper. People would've been frightened off by the singing of disembodied limbs.
On your last picture, are mechanics a bit bulgier now than they were in the 20th century?

I'm enjoying your Goodwood pics though...
Now that I think about it (some three years later) the movie version of The Sound of Music was premiered in 1965. It's a stretch, but maybe that's how the group was included.
