Yup, it's the Cathedral again.
I was showing mum where to take the best shots (you can see her version here).
This is from the south-west corner of the cloisters. You have to duck down and squirm arund a bit to get it but it's probably my favourite view of the Cathedral.

Ha ha and when I show people they think I am so clever, but I do own up and say you showed me where to take it from..
Have a laugh at my blog today, spent it up J an D's with M
Sheesh! Max is turning into a right little bruiser. If he keeps growing at that rate he'll be playing rugby next year.
I'm glad you practice creative "framing". Mum has a good photo coach!
I wish I had an incredible cathedral to photograph. I may get to teach photography again next year. It will be digital this time. (I still have four old enlargers stored up in my garage).
I like the way you framed this photo. At first glance, it looks like a cut-out.
What? No snow on the roof? Has it melted off already?
Neetzy: wow! You beat me. I only have one lousy enlarger gathering dust up there in the attic. I kinda miss sitting in the dark with a clock and a bunch of stinky chemicals.
Not.
Ms M: It s some of the stone tracery from around the cloisters. Framing is fun.
Kate, I never want to see snow again as long as I live. This winter has sucked some serious arse.
